Andrew brings a decade of strategy and transaction expertise to Engineered Land Solutions (“ELS”).

Prior to joining ELS, Andrew spent 10 years at Duke Energy Corporation where he held multiple leadership roles, most recently as Director of Real Estate Strategy & Transactions. His experience navigating complex regulatory environments, overseeing generation projects, executing large-scale land development projects, and managing high-value real estate portfolios positions him as a key leader at ELS.

At ELS, Andrew is the Managing Partner and Utility Lead. Andrew oversees all of ELS’s business including site selection, utility procurement, land entitlement, and development strategy, and execution. Andrew ensures projects align with regional growth trends and infrastructure demands and are seamlessly completed to ELS’s standards. His strong industry relationships, utility background, experience with energy projects, and deep market knowledge drive value creation in powered land acquisitions and strategic development initiatives across all project types.

Beyond ELS, Andrew is deeply engaged in the real estate industry, including involvement with IAMC, CoreNet, Southeastern Electric Exchange, and several corporate real estate councils.

Andrew and his wife spend their free time creating experiences with their two young children, and they are members at their local church in Charlotte, NC.
